- You need 30 of medium shrimp head and tail with shell.
- It’s 2 liter of water.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.

- Cut off head from shrimp,tail and shell then put all in a pan with oil.
- Pan fry for 1 minute then press all juice from the shrimp head.
- Add water and simmer for 30 to 40 minute pressing the juice from the head every now and then.
- Let it cool then drain and discard shell and keep stock in air tight container up to 3 days.
